The camera may stop when you are sharing your screen in a GoClass session for several reasons:

Internet connection

An unstable or slow internet connection can cause a dropout while screen sharing. In these cases, the system decides to give priority to the screen sharing video. More information on network requirements can be found here.

CPU system

If your system has a high CPU load during the session, it may not be able to process the participants' video and the screen sharing video. We recommend that you close any programs or browser tabs that you are not using. More information about your system load can be found here.

Browser version

Make sure you always have an up-to-date version of your browser to avoid video and audio related problems.
