Currently, GoClass does not have a built-in closed captioning feature. However, as it is completely browser-based, you can use the captioning feature of Google Chrome.

To do this, go to chrome://settings/accessibility from a Chrome browser, then turn on Live Caption. This will automatically generate captions for any website where sound is detected. Currently, captions are only available in English.

When you have a GoClass call from your Chrome browser, captions will be automatically created.

The captions are processed locally, remain in your browser, and are never stored, so you don't need to worry about privacy issues.

If you've closed the caption window but want to start seeing captions again, simply refresh the page.
