Category / Access I'm having trouble logging in

At times, you may encounter difficulty when attempting to enter the GoClass platform. This can occur for two main reasons:

  1. Your GoClass session has expired.

  2. The class has ended and has been automatically shut down.

If your session has expired, we suggest you return to your user area and log in again. This will refresh your GoClass session and enable you to log in again.

However, if the class has already ended and been closed automatically, there's nothing you can do and you won't be able to log in again.
