There may be several reasons why there is an error when creating a document:

• It's possible that you have opened two meetings at the same time (click here for more information)

• If it's a Google Drive document, it's possible that you still don't have the necessary permissions. To fix it, follow these steps:

  1. Close the Google Drive document using the x in the tab.
  
  2. Re-open it.
