If your student is having trouble accessing GoClass, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Guide them on how to access the meeting through their personal area.
  • Remind them that they have received an email and/or SMS link to access the meeting.
  • Encourage them to reach out to us for assistance with accessing the meeting.

Additionally, it may be helpful to check the student's internet connection and device compatibility to ensure they can properly participate in the class. You can send him the GoClass setup link: https://lesson.classgap.com/setup
